Who we are

DiManEx is a company of 11 people with an office in Utrecht. What drives us is a mission to revolutionize manufacturing supply chains the way e-commerce transformed retail. We enable our customers to reduce time and material and financial waste in their supply chain by identifying and 3D-printing their spare parts; on demand and on location. 

Our customers include the Dutch Army, Dutch Railways and leading companies in industrial, Oil & Gas, Household Appliances, and Automotive segments. We have established a global network of partners that 3D prints high quality parts. We partner with global operating companies like Wipro for engineering services and Arvato Bertelsmann for transport services.

Although we are not all fully remote, many of us work from different countries. You’ll have a chance to work remotely after an initial period as well. 

About the Product Owner role

As Product Owner, you will work closely together with the tech team, consisting of highly skilled back-end and front-end developers. You will also be in close contact with our sales and operations colleagues, to get the best understanding of the context in which our products will act, as well as help these colleagues manage expectations towards customers. You will report to the Founder & CCO and play a crucial role in the development of our Product Roadmap. It will be your mission to make sure we continuously strive for the best products and deliver them on time. In this role you can really take the lead, make a difference, and see the immediate impact of your work in the market and with our customers.

Requirements 

  • Bachelorʼs degree in Information Systems, or a related degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience with software product management

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies

  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Experience with Data Management, preferably in Supply Chain

  • Experience working directly with customers/clients

  • The ability to work closely with all parts of IT and business stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with Data Analytics tools

  • Experience with enterprise facing products

  • A team player with leadership capabilities and good networking skills

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify market and customer needs, and collaborate with management, business and operations to define product roadmaps and execute on them

  • Gather customer feedback & insights and work with required internal capabilities during all phases of product development process, from ideation through release

  • Collaborate with business, operations, and tech team to capture and vet requirements against business strategy

  • Lead requirements prioritization sessions against roadmap and product strategy

  • Convert your industrial Supply Chain experience into our products and software

  • Champion our products to customers, partners, investors and at external events

  • Support Business in the creation of required tools and information

  • Communicate product features and benefits to internal and external audiences

  • Mentor tech team members & recommend product development process improvements
